What happens if I need a repair?

Simply give us a call. As a plan member, you receive priority support. You’ll pay only the excess fee applicable to your plan, and we cover the rest of the parts and labour costs up to your plan’s annual limit.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. If you decide to upgrade from a Gas Boiler to an Air Source Heat Pump in the future, we can seamlessly switch you to our Heat Pump Plan and help you with your grant paperwork.

How do I book my annual service?

You don’t have to remember! We will contact you when your service is due to book it in at a time that works for you.

Do you service Heat Pumps?

Yes. We are specialist renewable engineers. Our Heat Pump Plan includes a full specialist system maintenance and an Efficiency Health Check to keep your energy bills stable.
